Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
We handcraft each item with love, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we’re working on it! For now, we only ship within the U.S.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at Cupidsharp1@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help!

Q: Are your products all-natural?
Yes! We use plant-based oils, butters, essential oils, and natural colorants. No harsh chemicals, no weird stuff — just goodness from the earth.

Q: Are your candles safe?
Absolutely. We use natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrances. Burn them responsibly — and don’t forget to trim that wick!

Q: Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our soaps are gentle enough for sensitive skin, but always patch test first. If you have specific allergies or concerns, check the ingredients listed or email us.

Q: Do you offer custom scents or bulk orders for events?
Yes! We love doing custom batches for weddings, baby showers, gift sets, or branding collabs. Reach out via our Contact Page to start your custom order.

💛 Returns, Refunds & Issues

Q: What’s your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we don’t accept used returns. But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right — refund, replacement, or store credit.

Q: My package says delivered but I didn’t get it. Help!

Q: Do you offer samples?
Yes! We offer sample-size soaps and wax melts in every order or as part of our “Try the Love” sample pack. It’s a great way to find your new favorite scent!

Q: Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely. Leave a note at checkout, and we’ll wrap it with extra love. Want us to include a handwritten message? Just let us know!
